Types of Careers

There are many opportunities within our firm to move through different levels of careers and/or move to another DFC location. We have staff that started as interns and are now Partners.  Career growth opportunities are available at your pace.  If we all agree you are ready for the next level -  you will be there!

Experienced Careers

Dana F. Cole & Company, LLP has 23 offices in six states, which means we have many opportunities for individuals with accounting experience. If you have several years experience in the public or private sector, there is a strong chance that we have a place for you in our firm.

Entry-Level Careers

As an entry level accountant, you will gain experience in many different areas of the profession by working closely with our knowledgeable staff.

Client Services

Our Client Services staff provides basic bookkeeping services and tax preparation for our clients. Client Services personnel are employed at every location in our firm. An accounting career at Dana F. Cole & Company, LLP offers exposure to all accounting aspects and provides you with valuable professional skills.

Administrative & Support Staff

Join Dana F. Cole & Company, LLP as a support staff employee and enjoy the challenging benefits of a professional environment. We look for individuals with prior clerical experience or completion of a related associate degree program.

Internships

Dana F. Cole & Company, LLP provides a variety of internships for college students. Our internships are generally offered in January for tax season and August for audit season.
